Case Preparation
$5,000 - $10,000
You have a hearing coming up and years of documentation that isn't organized. We take everything: communications, records, and documents predating and proceeding the case — and the context that lives between them. We build a complete, attorney-ready record, delivered before your deadline. One engagement and one deliverable.
Full Engagement
$3,000 monthly + $500 onboarding fee
For people who have the awareness to know they need the support and the capacity to let someone else carry it. Everything, ongoing — documentation, weekly case dashboard, communication management, pattern tracking and behavioral logging, process guidance and next-step navigation, attorney meeting prep and agenda setting, and a weekly standing call. Self-guided membership content included.
Onboarding fee waived if requirements are completed in their entirety prior to the scheduled onboarding call. Cancellations of weekly standing call beyond one per month billed at $100 per missed session.
Matter Organization & Transfer
$2,500 - $3,750
For clients who have someone to manage their matter, but need the system built right. We take everything you have, organize it into a working database, and spend the month building and training alongside whoever will run it — four weekly standing calls and one non-legal strategy session included. Clean handoff at the end of month one. Self-guided membership included for the remainder of the year, with an annual system audit.
Onboarding fee waived for a conversion to full membership, contingent on system condition at time of transition.
Light Matter Management
$300 per month
For periods when active management isn't needed but the file still has to be maintained. End-of-month document organization — up to 15 documents / documented events are included, $10 per document and $20 per documented event after that— keeps the record current so when things pick up again, nothing has been lost. Self-guided monthly membership included. Strategy calls available at $150 per session.
Begin with a one-hour strategy call to assess whether your system is ready to maintain. Available as a downgrade from full membership, after a Matter Organization & Transfer, or for clients who arrive with a functioning system already in place.
Self-Guided Workspace
$100 per month
For the person who can carry this, but shouldn't have to carry it from scratch — or alone. It's the F&M system, built for you to run yourself: a secure, private place to build your timeline, organized the way we'd organize it, with a steady hand nearby when you need one. The other side never reaches it. Nothing is shared until you share it. You do the work — we give you the structure to do it well, the place to keep it safe, and someone to ask when you're unsure. Strategy calls are available at $150 per session. Purchase the self-guided workspace for a year, and the first strategy session is on us.
