Hi, I’m Madelaine Martin.

Fitz & Morri was built around one core observation:

Family-law matters are not only legal processes. They are also complex administrative projects. Yet many families assume every part of the process must be handled at attorney rates.

Legal advice and representation belong with an attorney. But organizing records, gathering financial information, tracking what is missing, preparing for decisions, and managing the matter can often be handled outside attorney time.

Built for self-representation, Fitz & Morri helps families create that structure—using a guided path through mediation for separating couples, or individual matter management and non-legal strategy for those seeking their own support.

The Fitz & Morri Method

The Fitz & Morri Method creates space for difficult decisions while giving the administrative work a clear structure—whether one person is managing the matter individually, or both parties are working toward resolution together.

Through guided forms, document uploads, and scheduled meetings, Fitz & Morri helps each participating individual gather and organize the information relevant to the matter, including: financial records, parenting considerations, unresolved issues, and upcoming decisions.

When both parties participate, F&M brings the information together into an organized record designed to support productive negotiations. When working with one individual, F&M develops and maintains that person’s matter record, tracks outstanding information, and provides ongoing non-legal preparation and strategy.

When agreements are reached, Fitz & Morri can help move the matter toward completion by organizing the agreed terms, entering the parties’ factual information into applicable court-approved forms, assembling the filing packet, and providing filing instructions.
