So, you’re getting divorced.
But the rest of life still needs you. What now?
Fitz & Morri helps people navigate divorce and parenting disputes with organization, preparation, and thoughtful support. Whether you need help managing your own matter or want to work toward an agreement together, we help you understand what’s ahead and feel prepared for your next step.
Two Ways to Work with F&M
Family Mediation
A neutral setting where both participants can identify what needs to be resolved, discuss their priorities, and work toward agreements about their family’s future. Participate in standard mediation, or hire Fitz & Morri to complete your uncontested divorce packet.
Individual Matter Management
Fitz & Morri organizes documents, completes forms using your information, tracks deadlines, prepares parenting priorities, and works through difficult communication.
Unsure which is right for you?
Still not sure how Fitz & Morri will help?
Here’s an overview of our support:

Prepare Before You Negotiate
Your marriage came with a particular vision for your life. Your divorce allows you to revisit that plan and imagine a new kind of future.
Fitz & Morri gives you the space to reflect and re-build as you consider your (and your children’s) day-to-day — before making lasting, bound decisions.
Whether through mediation or matter management, Fitz & Morri paints a clear picture with each organized document, so you can approach your future with clarity and intention.
The face behind the practice
Meet Maddy
I’m Maddy Martin, founder of Fitz & Morri.
My background is in operations—bringing order to complicated situations, keeping track of the details, and helping people move forward with a clear plan. When I was introduced to mediation, I immediately saw where those skills could make a meaningful difference to families going through an impactful, pivotal period.
Life doesn’t pause for divorce. Your job responsibilities don’t stop, your children still need you, and the bills keep coming. Suddenly, you’re managing the emotional and administrative load of a divorce on top of everything else—expected to hold it all together while it feels like it’s falling apart.
I wanted there to be somewhere you could safely forward those 20 documents to at 2 AM when you couldn’t sleep. Someone to organize the information, keep track of the details, and help turn an overwhelming pile of responsibilities into manageable next steps. Someone who understands that behind every form, email, and deadline is a person trying to get through a hard season.
Through individual matter management, I help carry that day-to-day load. Through family mediation, I give both participants space to prepare, be heard, and work toward thoughtful agreements.
You don’t have to have everything figured out
Tell me where you are in the process and what feels the most difficult, and we’ll chat about what support could look like.
How much will this cost me?
You deserve to know what support will cost before committing to it. Both full-service mediation and matter management range from $350–$750 per phase, with your rate based on your financial circumstances. Basic mediation with limited preparation or support costs $100 per hour, per involved party.
An attorney may charge $300–$400 for a single hour. Our phase-based pricing covers a defined scope of practical support, helping you reserve your attorney’s time for the legal advice and representation you need.
Schedule a call or email me, and we’ll talk through the support that fits your situation—and what you can expect to pay.
